El concepto de APTITUD se puede definir como la capacidad que posee una persona para adquirir, con el entrenamiento adecuado, cualquier tipo de conocimiento, habilidad o destreza. Así podemos decir que hay personas que están mejor capacitadas que otras para una determinada actividad (deportes, música, mecánica, idiomas...) bien sea porque nacen con esa predisposicón o porque elambiente les ha facilitado su desarrollo.
Para desempeñar correctamente una determinada profesión es necesario tener una serie de aptitudes (mentales, manipulativas, artísticas...) que facilitaran un buen desenvolvimiento en las mismas.
SESIÓN 1:

SESIÓN 3:
En esta sesión vamos a conocer, un poco, mejor nuestra personalidad en el rasgo de extroversión-introversión.

Ø Criterios de evaluación:
Estos criterios se refieren tanto al resultado obtenido como al proceso seguido:
o Tratamiento real que se está dando a la Orientación Académica y Profesional desde las tutorías así como desde las distintas áreas y materias.
o Dificultades planteadas.
o Interés y aceptación por parte del alumno de los temas relacionados con la misma.
o Grado de colaboración, interés y participación de las familias en la Orientación Académica y Profesional.
o Necesidades detectadas.
o Efectividad de la coordinación entre el D.O., los tutores y los Departamentos Didácticos en el desarrollo de la Orientación Académica y Profesional.
Ø Procedimientos de evaluación:
o Cuestionario a los alumnos sobre la validez de la información suministrada.
o Seguimiento a través de las reuniones con tutores de la validez del itinerario elegido por los alumnos en función de variables como el gado de satisfacción del alumno con el itinerario elegido y el nivel de logro o fracaso en el mismo.
o Reuniones con los distintos órganos del centro como la Comisión de Coordinación Pedagógica.
o Recogida de información de los padres.
Ø Momentos de Evaluación:
La evaluación de la orientación académica y profesional del centro tendrá un carácter continuo, en este sentido se delimitan tres momentos de evaluación:
a.- Evaluación inicial o análisis de necesidades: este proceso de evaluación será desarrollado a principio de curso por el D.O. y en el mismo se evaluará las características del centro y del entorno que resultan de interés para el desarrollo de la orientación académica y profesional.
b.- Evaluación continua o seguimiento del desarrollo de la acción tutorial a lo largo de todo el curso.
c.- Evaluación final que quedará recogida en la Memoria final del D.O. y en la cual del mismo modo aparecerán una serie de propuestas de mejora que se incorporarán en el plan de actividades del D.O. para el siguiente curso.
